Trailing a Seaweed Cord

For Bloomsday 2024, to celebrate the 90^th Birthday of Nobel Laureate Professor Wole Soyinka, the Embassy teamed up again with Poetry Ireland to publish ten poems by Irish and Nigerian poets on the theme of “Ulysses - Notes From Here to My Joyce Class”. Edited by Aduke Gomez, the publication is illustrated by Abdulkareem Aminu. Thanks to Paul Kavanagh for hosting us for a memorable Bloomsday lunch The Wheatbaker with special guest Prof Wole Soyinka.
