Special Delivery from Ireland for Air Peace

Friends of Ireland send our congratulations to Aer Cap, the Irish aviation leasing firm on the delivery of a Boeing jet from Shannon Airport to Air Peace, the first such ‘dry lease’ plane to Nigeria in over 10 years.

Ambassador Ryan and John Hines joined Minister Festus Keyamo, Chairman Allen Onyema and the Aer Cap team for the handover at Lagos Airport with lots of great media coverage of Ireland’s leading role in the aviation sector. The Ambassador recognised all of the important work by the Minister, FAAN, the Irish Aviation Authority and their counterparts as well as Air Peace & looked forward to further strengthening of links in the sector.
