ECOWAS – Promoting Ireland’s economic links with West Africa, 2023

On 16 October, Ambassador Ryan was joined by Deputy Head of Mission Shane Rice as he presented his credentials to President Dr Omar Touray of ECOWAS in Abuja. Building Ireland’s links and mutual understanding with the West African economies is a key target in Ireland’s Africa Strategy.
